The quality of the sushi at Toro is above average. The rolls are innovative and delicious. The restaurant is sort of small and they do not take reservations. I have found at times the staff can be a little rude (but not the men behind the sushi bar- they rock)... probably because they can be and the place would still be packed every night. Love the fact that its BYOB.
