I recently attended a Home Buying Workshop that Amy held a sorority convention.  She was very informative about the overall process and what to expect as a first home buyer.  She shared details about affordability, market values, loans, foreclosures, renting to own and even more.    When I do have enough money saved up, I'll be going to Amy to purchase my first home.
